Advertising very misleading! Awful experience.

Posted Dec 30, 2015
Advertising pictures absolutely misleading! The rooms are outdated, smelly and moldy. In fact, the odor of mold and mildew was so strong that we couldn't stay overnight and were forced to move to a different hotel. The staff very dry and unfriendly. Kerlyne, one of the girls on duty that night, was so rude and unprofessional that hospitality business should be the very last thing on her list of career options. Decent and affordable hotels are hard to find in Orlando, but any other would be preferable over Worldquest resort (what a misleading fancy name too!).

I want to sincerely apologize for receiving a room that does not meet our standards. We will be working to get things corrected in both our rooms and with our staff. I do hope you return in the future and see that we are truly a hospitable hotel. Again, I truly apologize. Sincerely, Jo Bailey Director of Sales

very nice place close to theme parks, restaurants

Posted Dec 8, 2015
My only complaint is that we can not rest well as people who stayed in the upstairs dragging chairs and all his footsteps late at night but everything else loved the bed, Jacuzzi, listening comfort the place and especially cleaning.

I do apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. Thank you for sharing your comments. I will share your comments with our staff to make sure to check for the felt on the bottom of chairs so not to disturb the guests below. Rarely do we hear about this issue. But, we will follow up. No updates in years.

Posted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed that it is a little secluded from the busiest areas.
Cons: Update your property.
Location: Everything is about 15 minutes away.
We stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed our experience. Nothing has been updated since our last visit. The furniture, beds and interior were in need of updating. The TV in the master bedroom was the old style from 10-15 years ago, not even a new cheap flat screen. The shower door was very dirty and would barely stay closed. We paid a resort fee for the Wi-Fi which was barely usable.

Great resort for families, couples or a girls trip

Posted Nov 12, 2015 on Expedia
This is the second time I have stayed at this resort. I am very happy with it. Staff are friendly. Your stay includes free breakfast, free wifi and free parking. The pool area is beautiful with some nice listening music and a tiki bar. The resort is close to all shopping outlets and just minutes from Disney parks.

Hotel surprised me!

Posted Nov 12, 2015 on Expedia
For the amount on money we paid and the mixed reviews I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. With a family of 5 we needed room and this provides plenty of it! The amenities aren't contemporary or new but the space makes up for it- I wasn't planning on buying the unit I just needed a clean place to sleep. The kitchen was useful to store breakfast items and snacjs, since we were at parks all day didn't really use anything other than fridge and toaster. Staying off resort you don't get the Disney feel but who cares when we were at parks all day. It was disney overload! In reading other reviews I read about dust and uncomfortable beds. I don't go to hotels and walk around barefoot as a point, it's a hotel and as for outdated appliances again I'm not living there. It was clean and quiet. If you are looking for ample space, free parking with amenities of a condo at a savings this is it!
