EXTREMELY Limited Shuttle Service to Disney Posted Jul 6, 2015 on Expedia
The hotel and room were great, no complaints. It was clean with a fun pool. The full kitchen has all of the appropriate appliances. The master bath is very large with a great jetted tube. The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, cereal, and pastries. My only complaint was the complementary shuttle to Orlando locations. It is extremely limited and you will not arrive before Disney World opens and you will have to leave 2.5 hours before the park closes if you want to use the provided shuttle. This is when the lines are shortest at Disney World, so we didn't want to miss out on the last 2.5 hours. I observed the shuttle driver behave very obnoxiously to a few guest about their punctuality even though he was running nearly 10 minutes late for no reason before the morning shuttle. A taxi costs nearly $30 each way to/from Disney, so factor that cost in if you are planning to stay a full day at Disney or return to the hotel for a few hours in the afternoon. We would not have booked this hotel if the shuttle schedule had been posted because there are equally good hotels with much better shuttle service. I mentioned this to the front desk staff at the hotel at check out, and they didn't seem interested.
