Huge Disappointment

This was our first time in Orlando. We were planning this family vacation for a long time. The resort it is nothing impressive. The room wasn't very clean. After we arrived I had to clean the bath tub and the kitchen. The daily housekeeping service was terrible- first day they took the trash only from the kitchen and after that they left an extra garbage bag in the kitchen without even taking the trash from the bathrooms. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly. On our second night we saw in the kitchen around the sink and stove a few cockroaches- gross. After I notified the Front desk agent she said I have to take a picture of them because she don't believe me. Next day we saw them again, and I show them the picture they didn't even do anything about it. FD girl said that she can't even give me discount because I booked the stay thru Expedia.The manager supposed to call me and talk to me but now, a week later since we came back nobody talk to me. My advice is don't stay there choose a better hotel/resort.

Hotel bom.

Hotel localizado perto dos parques da Disney. Apartamento espaçoso. Havia sabão de lavar roupas e detergente de louça para primeiro uso, mas não havia para a máquina de lavar louça. Limpeza bem razoável. O conforto não era como o esperado, pois os lençóis eram menores que as camas, a porta da geladeira se abria sozinha, fazendo com que tivéssemos que deixar sempre uma cadeira em frente par segura-la. A iluminação do apartamento não é boa. A do banheiro era muito fraca e mal distribuída. Estadia boa, mas não voltaríamos.

All the comforts of home while on vacation!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. The condo is very spacious and modern. The location is great, near everything, but set off from main road to give some peace and quiet. The breakfast is just average. Bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, danish, juice coffee, some fruit. But it is included in the rate. We did have an issue with one of our bathrooms not being cleaned properly, however when I advised the front desk, they were very responsive and agreed to remove the cleaning fee from our bill. Despite our mishap I would definitely stay at this resort again!

Great location, comfortable size family suite

Cons: Breakfast is poor.
It was very wide suite, nice resort,service was great. It's location is great.

First day room was not cleaned we complained they did the bed and changed towel the next day same problem cleaning the rooms were not there priority

I weren't impressed with house keeping service. They gave me old creamer and sugar. :( The creamer was so old. it was built up like dry dough
