Week in Orlando

I made this reservation over two months before arrival. I also called three weeks prior and let them know I would be checking in at around 11 or 12 at night. When I arrived and gave the girl my name, she immediately told me she had to go speak to her manager without any explanation why. When she returned she informed me that the 3 bedroom condo that I had reserved and had paid in full had been given to someone else. We had to settle for a 2 bedroom condo that night and then move all of our belongings to another building the next day. On top of that, they really didn't offer much of anything to make up for the situation. The next morning the girl at the front desk called us at 8AM and asked if we still wanted the 3 bedroom condo I had paid for. She let us know that we needed to be at the front desk by 11AM if we still wanted it. I got the feeling that I worked for her instead of the other way around.
When I checked in, they had me fill out a form for optional paid housekeeping service. Out of a 7 day stay we only saw them once.
The rooms weren't too bad. You could tell they didn't thoroughly clean after a guest checked out. There was dirt under the beds and couches, but in general it was reasonably clean.
The facilities were generally nice, but we felt like we were just another number from the staff.
The pool area was nice. The main building was a little weak in what they offered. I have seen better at a Comfort Inn. The breakfast was as cheap you could get by.
