Advertising very misleading! Awful experience.

Posted Dec 30, 2015
Advertising pictures absolutely misleading! The rooms are outdated, smelly and moldy. In fact, the odor of mold and mildew was so strong that we couldn't stay overnight and were forced to move to a different hotel. The staff very dry and unfriendly. Kerlyne, one of the girls on duty that night, was so rude and unprofessional that hospitality business should be the very last thing on her list of career options. Decent and affordable hotels are hard to find in Orlando, but any other would be preferable over Worldquest resort (what a misleading fancy name too!).

I want to sincerely apologize for receiving a room that does not meet our standards. We will be working to get things corrected in both our rooms and with our staff. I do hope you return in the future and see that we are truly a hospitable hotel. Again, I truly apologize. Sincerely, Jo Bailey Director of Sales

very nice place close to theme parks, restaurants

Posted Dec 8, 2015
My only complaint is that we can not rest well as people who stayed in the upstairs dragging chairs and all his footsteps late at night but everything else loved the bed, Jacuzzi, listening comfort the place and especially cleaning.

No updates in years.

Posted Nov 29, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed that it is a little secluded from the busiest areas.
Cons: Update your property.
Location: Everything is about 15 minutes away.
We stayed here 5 years ago and enjoyed our experience. Nothing has been updated since our last visit. The furniture, beds and interior were in need of updating. The TV in the master bedroom was the old style from 10-15 years ago, not even a new cheap flat screen. The shower door was very dirty and would barely stay closed. We paid a resort fee for the Wi-Fi which was barely usable.

Lots of Space

Posted Nov 10, 2015 on Hotels
Went with my wife, best friend, his wife, and our 2 kids. Everyone had their own room space and bathroom. The room and area were nice. The continental breakfast was essentially bagels and donuts but was good. Pool was awesome and the shuttle to EPCOT was clutch with early drop off and decent pick up times. Perfect to go to the Food and Wine Festival at EPCOT.

Very nice hotel.

Could add more transportation times to the parks. Needs more variety for breakfast. Convenient location. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Great to have the little food shop.

Comfortable apart-hotel well placed for Orlando

Posted Nov 10, 2015 on Expedia
Pros: It was in a good location for the Orlando attractions. The pool was very welcome - if rather cold!
Cons: It would have been wonderful to have had a larger selection of food and drinks at the hotel.
Location: Orlando is packed with things to do and see - and then there's Disney!
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, particularly the concierge who helped with things to do in the area. The rooms were decent with good kitchen facilities and a washing machine and dryer. The cleanliness left a little to be desired - fluff and grit on the tiles, stained bedding, old blankets, mouldy sealant to the showers. It was also a bit dark, with bedside lights only in the main room and no shower light to one of the bathrooms. In addition, there was some animal excrement on the external stairs that wasn't cleaned up throughout the 10-day stay! The accommodation was acceptable for the short amount of time we were in it - we were mainly out exploring - just perhaps a bit dated and not spotless.

Fräscht hotell!

Posted Nov 9, 2015 on Hotels
Perfekt hotell att utgå ifrån till både väst, öst och till parker. Lite långt till key west men det funkar. Fint och fräscht poolområde. Dålig frukost. Men fräscht och bra hotell. Alla i familjen var nöjda.

Peaceful retreat in Orlando

Posted Nov 9, 2015 on Expedia
After staying here for two weeks in October/November, I cannot recommend this complex enough. The rooms are very spacious, decor may be slightly dated in comparison to some modern UK hotels but overall they are excellent. The pool area is again spacious and kept very clean. At the time we stayed there were never more than twenty people around the pool. Breakfast included was more than enough and coffee and hot chocolate available all day! Tiki bar was a bit on the pricey side($9 for a beer) but I can understand this for the low volume of trade. If you want a nice place to stay, away from the tourist tack, but still close to everything, stay here
