This resort has many amenities some you pay for some you don't. The best thing was its close proximity to everything in Orlando. The worst was the check in when they give your keys to a time share rep and make you go to that counter to hear their line. We simply said no several times before the rep got arrogant with us and gave us our keys. After that we had a great vacation. We would stay here again.

Nice stay

The room was great, we rented the one bedroom. Full kitchen, dining table, bar area, screened patio. Would have loved a higher floor, and black out shades on the windows. overall great stay.

I will never stay here again you have to pay for everything you want to do over the amount paid for the hotel and it's not worth it.

Very upset

Our stay was great but this is the truth I was on phone for three days trying to correct a double booking which was no fault of mine no one no matter who I spoke with weather it was you or the hotel would look into it to correct the problem. No one in the hotel that I called or your company would take a step forward and look into the problem. Finally when we arrived at the hotel they removed the second booking.

Cons: everything
all services are just poor staff is not profesional at all even three times reported demage in the room - no one even bother to came and fix it

Wouldn't return

If you don't have a car, cabs are $70 each way to and from airport. Once you check in they try to trick you into signing up for a time share presentation. Staff was very friendly. However, the Waterpark is not included in your services. You must pay separately. There isn't much choice in entertainment or food. You must leave the resort for that. I got such a great deal but you do get what you paid for.
