A tired old facility from the 1960's

Posted Jan 15, 2015
A tired facility that saw its hay day in the 60's. Hot tubs are cold and pools lack attention. No drapes in rooms only cheap vinyl louvrers that allow all outside light in. Mattresses on shinny platforms that allow the mattress to drift. My one bedroom condo consisted of a microwave and mini bar fridge. Having stayed in the Orlando area for many years, I have a good idea of what a place should be rated. I give this place a 2 1/2 stars.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
The whole trip was excellent. No issues. Peace and quiet. Plus it was close to everything. And the hotel was warm and welcoming

Stayed last week... but experience was horrible

Posted Apr 18, 2012
Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
As they force you to visit Time Share presentation. Rooms were to small and not very clean... They do not provide room cleaning everyday... it's only once a week... Quality of beds were not good as mattress were installed on open platform bed which will keep moving everywhere while we are sleeping. I would not recommend this hotel again to anyone.

Great Price *BUT there's a catch!

Posted Nov 15, 2011
Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, huge bath tub!, cheap! great value!
Cons: try to sell you a timeshare
This hotel is awesome, we stayed in a room that had a kitchenette and a huge 4 person bath tub and walk in shower. However, the only downside to this awesome place was that the staff really tried to sell us a time share there. The rooms are under renovation and I guess they need investors badly. They gave us a welcome package, maps, a box of cookies, and a ton of info on purchasing a time share with them. I waved them off and told them repeatedly I was not interested and they left me alone. Just be up front that you're not interested and it will save you the headache. Other than that, the value outways the inconvenience. BTW, they also have a mini theater that you can watch Disney movies at, they supply a list of showtimes. Thanks for reading my review, enjoy!

Excellent customer service

I stayed for 5 nights at the towers. the staff were very friendly and were willing to help. the location of the hotel is just perfect with shopping groceries/ restaurents / fast food located around the hotel. It is a very short drive from disney about 2 miles to the main disney world way. Close to the highway 4 if u need to go to seaworld or universal. The condo was sufficiently stacked with towels, dishwasher packs, paper towels, toileteries etc. All the appliances were working and we really did not have any trouble with vacation tour related selling. all the resort related amenities need you to go out of the hotel either using the shuttle they provide or a short ride to the villas.

Service with a no

Posted Jun 26, 2006
The rooms were nice but we had to wait 3hrs after check in time to get a room. Then of course they were calling on the phone at 10am because I hadn't checked out. The people there have no customer service skills and they even have a big board in the back that says ""Say NO"".. No upgrades, no lates, no earlies.. etc. I think they could come up with a better way to say things. Or maybe they do so well they don't need returning customers.
