No time shares please

Two issues The sheets and pillow cases had blood stains Over zealous sales associates.When you drive over 9 hours.You do not want to talk to associates about time shares.When you check in they do not giveyou your keys they hand them to another associate who gives them to an associate at another desk who try to talk you into attending an preview for buying time shares.They donot take no for an answer.I just wanted my keys so I can go to my room and rest from my long drive

As a timeshare resort, we certainly allow our sales staff to promote and offer some of our more popular vacation packages and timeshare properties. These offers are purely voluntary with no obligation and we do offer incentives such as breakfast or tickets, in return for your time. In regards to the bed sheets, it is our hope that you advised our front desk staff immediately as they are there to assist our guests throughout their stay. I enjoyed the to! Pool was great too! Only issue is having to pay $9.99 for wifi.

When I arrived I had to wait in the lobby for 2 and 1/2 hours with my 2 kids and family. They stated that it will be 5 or 10 mins but it turned out to be 2 plus hours the room where I was suppose to stay the light fixture in the room was not working. So they had to switch to another room. The customer service was horrible. We drove from Savannah,Ga and had to wait in the lobby for hourse.Im displeased with my stay.

Great location

Check-in is annoying. You have to go to 3 different desks. So, they can try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation. Wi fi is extra and parking close is almost impossible. The room was clean except for a few random hairs stuck to the wall in master bath. Plenty of spare toilet paper/tissues. Washer/dryer in room is very convenient. The DVD player didn't work properly. Movies only played in black and white. A piece of the blind in bedroom was missing and because we were on the top floor, a spot light level with our room, shined in the room all night. Furniture was outdated. But, fully functional. People were partying below at 1:00am and even after calling the front desk, they were still extremely loud until 2:30am. 3 different pools. Location is just perfect! So, close to Disney parks. Bed was comfortable in bedroom. Kids said the pull out wasn't though (are they ever). Having 2 bathrooms was very nice.

Great deal!!!

The hotel was a little outdated, but well worth the price. This is a timeshare resort, but never got asked to attend timeshare or bother by anyone about it. The clothing dryer went out as well as jacuzzi, but front desk was able to get maintenance to quickly repair both. I would stay again if I am near the area.
