When I arrived I had to wait in the lobby for 2 and 1/2 hours with my 2 kids and family. They stated that it will be 5 or 10 mins but it turned out to be 2 plus hours the room where I was suppose to stay the light fixture in the room was not working. So they had to switch to another room. The customer service was horrible. We drove from Savannah,Ga and had to wait in the lobby for hourse.Im displeased with my stay.

Great location

Check-in is annoying. You have to go to 3 different desks. So, they can try to get you to sign up for a time share presentation. Wi fi is extra and parking close is almost impossible. The room was clean except for a few random hairs stuck to the wall in master bath. Plenty of spare toilet paper/tissues. Washer/dryer in room is very convenient. The DVD player didn't work properly. Movies only played in black and white. A piece of the blind in bedroom was missing and because we were on the top floor, a spot light level with our room, shined in the room all night. Furniture was outdated. But, fully functional. People were partying below at 1:00am and even after calling the front desk, they were still extremely loud until 2:30am. 3 different pools. Location is just perfect! So, close to Disney parks. Bed was comfortable in bedroom. Kids said the pull out wasn't though (are they ever). Having 2 bathrooms was very nice.

Great deal!!!

The hotel was a little outdated, but well worth the price. This is a timeshare resort, but never got asked to attend timeshare or bother by anyone about it. The clothing dryer went out as well as jacuzzi, but front desk was able to get maintenance to quickly repair both. I would stay again if I am near the area.

This is the second time we stayed here. We had problems the first time with the check in only- they had given our room way when we got there. We really like the convenience of the location to theme parks and beds were comfortable so we gabe a second try. Knowing the trouble we had last time, on our drive there we called to confirm- they said we didn't have a reservation at all! Contacted hotels.com, and an agent told us he corrected the problem (this took about 30 minutes). If we had not called ahead of time- we would have arrived and been told there was no reservation. For this reason- we will not stay here again. Too much work on vacation!

Nice stay

For the price the hotel was good. Great location. Clean room plenty of space.the fact that it's a huge resort with 14 pools, movie theater, mini golf and daily activities that we didn't try but still great that it's offered

Perfect for big groups

At the beginning I was upset because the location of the rooms I requested was not the ones they gave us. But after see the rooms, and location of the Hotel and close amenities sure I will for sure recommended.
