The hotel was missing the little things. We were without WI-fi for a day. Outside of windows were dirty to look through. Transportation to the parks was did not have convenient times, so we drove. Had a resort fee that we didn't expect. Paid through Hotels.com & was not aware. Room service was OK, but food delivered in Styrofoam containers. Just not up to snuff with the conveniences.

We never intend to have anything stand in the way of your satisfaction. We do hope that our staff was made aware of your concerns regarding Wi-Fi, cleanliness, or the nightly resort fee to be resolved.
