Rooms are small! Security issues- open to public.

Very congested in the room. We all got sick. AC in building and heat was all over the place. Environment was bad for allergies. I saw animals on site. It's an ok place to stay. I own Westgate. It's not a unit though that I would own.

upon arrival,when we went to our room,me and my family was about to put our clothes into the dresser draws,until we saw a dead roach in the drawer,so we left our clothes in our suitcases,so uncomfortable,then my daughter went over to the other room as she were laying across the bed,it was a roach crawling on the bed,so she jumped off the bed,then killed it,we left for a couple hours,when we got back to the room,there were another roach just walking on the floor,the washing machine was loud,the water was coming out the side of the toilet when you flush the toilet.the staff is wonderful.

Nice Hotel near of the Orlando Universal.

Cons: Yes Please, I think the windows need darker shades to not wake up so early due the light
Our experience was nice but we had a small sorpraise because when one nigth when when we woke up and opened the door we have several pólice man in the hall, exactly we don´t know what happened but was but it was exciting to ask what happened with so many police around.

Some place to stay while going to Universal

Cons: Staff kept using non service elevators to move cleaning supplies, when they have one designated for them, and being on 18th floor that slowed us a lot
Easy check in and check out, no one bothered us much although they tried to have us spend an hour talking about time share which we declined
