Pros: Location was great, close to parks
Cons: Bug Problem, and staff that dealt with time shares were awful and rude
Location: Parks Ocean is within about an hour
It is a resort, they ask you to do their time share presentation. We did, our salesman was very rude, and didn't seem to be very good at his job. Also if you look up reviews on their time shares, they are really bad. If you plan on staying here and participating in their time share presentations I would definitely recommend looking up reviews first. Also our room was nice, but definitely had a bug problem. We went when they were not very busy. Not a horrible stay, but could be improved.

Resort grounds were beautiful.

Pros: The beds were great. The grounds were well taken care of and quite beautiful. The lake was pristine.
Cons: Resort fee should include free coffee in the room.or complimentary coffee offered in lobby. Bellman for bags. Assigned parking spaces.
Location: Location needs restaurants or fast food places within walking distance.
Interesting. We were given the smallest room when larger went empty for our entire stay. Had to buy coffee daily at the only on-site grocery store--very long walk. Only one restaurant open for dinner on opposite side of resort. Daily housekeeping did something different each day. Rooms were old and needed to be renovated. Got one bar of soap and had to ask for another for the shower. Got hit up for time-share twice. Had to drag our suitcases across the entire resort on checkout day and we were the farthest from the lobby. We counted 10 golf carts driving by us and never got offered a ride. Came back from the Disney parks and there was NO Parking near our room. Complimentary shuttle to the parks had horrible times for pickup and nothing if you wanted to stay for fireworks in the parks. Room tv was an outdated brand that doesn't even exist now and opposite the bed and not the couch.

Relaxing

All I wanted was some peace and quiet but what I got on the first day was sales sales sales.....why? Would be better if an option is given to anyone staying if they really interested in the deal.

Resort???

I knew there was a daily Resort fee, but we couldn't even get coffee in our room. Not the cleanest, a lot of emphasis on becoming an owner at the timeshare. Limited parking. The staff is excellent that was the best part

Call the hotel directly and ask questions

At time of reservations nowhere in the hotel discription was there mention that this "Hotel" is a time sharing property. You find this out at time of check in when after registering they usher you to a desk where they offer you $75.00, set an appoitment time and ask for a $20.00 deposit to attend a 90 min presentation of the property ownership of one or two bedroom suites. This "presentation" lasted for 3 hrs. because they kept refusing to take "NO" for answer not to make the purchase even though they kept reducing the price to a ridiculous price that made us suspicious of the authenticity of the whole deal. It would have lasted longer if I had not gotten up to leave. At that time they became visably annoyed with us and no more Mr. Nice guy attitude was more than apparent. This ruined my entire day and I had not even gone to my room yet!

Also, please bear in mind that participation is voluntary and not required unless traveling under a discount package in which the tour is required. The room smell bad!

The room and bedsheets smell bad! It says nonsmoking but it smell like cigarette all over the room and hallway. I called on Sunday morning to change the bedsheets and when coming back to the hotel at midnight, the bedsheets are still the same and smell got worse. thankfully they able to move us to the different room but it was late at night, had to pack and unpack. So tiring.
