If you can pay for something better, DO IT!

The truth is that this place should NOT be called a hotel nor a resort, it is a MOTEL and a trip back to the 60s. No renovations to be noticed in at least 40 years! The beds are only less uncomfortable than the pillows, the sheets need to go to the trash and the furniture is older than me! The worse part is the smell (humidity and mold) and the feeling of finding bugs in the bed or being afraid of stepping barefoot on the carpet. The staff is nice and tried to "upgrade" me but it was worthless, all the rooms are the same! The food in the restaurant is terrible and the service worse! I tried to move to a better place but the town was packed, plus, we only slept (!!) there, but if you can pay more for a Holiday Inn, please do it! Worse hotel!

It was a nice stay

Pros: The hotel was clean
Cons: Dim Lighting would be nice, or night lights, maybe a coffee machine in the room
Location: It was nearby almost anything you would wish to do in Florida
The room was clean, comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the location was good. it was a nice stay

Hot uncomfortable room!

The room was fine but the air conditioner was bad and they didn't do anything to fix it, and our stay was in August!! HOT , HOT

LA ESTADIA ESTUVO BIEN. Fuimos a celebrar él cumpleaños de mi hijo. Lo único que no me gusto en él lavamanos una mancha de moho. En la litera ,parte de abajo estaba toda escrita a mi hijo no le gusto . Lo demás estuvo bien. Buena comida en los restaurantes del hotel.

The room wasn't clean. The tub had black hair all over it and was dirty(soap scum). Unknown if the room had bedbugs or fleas, but over grandsons had bits on their legs after waking up.They slept in the bunk room. The AC unit leaked into the room and got the carpet wet.

beds suck and shuttle sucks

Box sprigs were not good felt like you would roll off the bed if your to close to the edge. Also shuttle to theme parks sucked was 30 mins late while standing in rain wait for shuttle to arrive.

We stayed for 11 days and ended up moving rooms three times. I use a mobility scooter and was put on the second floor the first night, no elevator. We were moved to the first floor the second day but had to move again several days later due to water leaking through the ceiling. They advertised that the was transportation to Disney World. There were no provisions for my scooter, I had to disassemble it and load it myself (both directions). We rented a car and did not use the transportation. A big added expense!!!!!!! The rooms were very out-dated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helped the best they could. It is a good location outside of Disney property with restaurants close by.
