No refunds

Worst place I've ever been. Booked through Travelocity's website. Resort is made up of two buildings. The nice building (pictures that are on website) and a crappy building (where we were put). Dirty room. Filthy windows. Disgusting microwave. Light bulbs out. Malfunctioning elevator. No parking. Tried to upgrade immediately to other building but was told no room available (sorry). Can't change and no refunds. We left and didn't stay. Booked a room at Double tree on Disney property and were very satisfied. This hotel is deceiving and a trap. You think you getting to stay at a resort and suite and you get sent to the dungeon. Don't stay here!!!

A good experience

The hotel is in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants and also to Universal if you want to walk 30 minutes. The shuttle was packed in the morning but we decided to just use an Uber and it was great since it was 8 minutes only from the hotel. The hotel was a good experience for what we paid and they did change our towels and cleaned our room daily. We just slept there only so it was positive.

Awesome view!!

Pros: The clean room, soft towels, the view out the window.
Cons: Elevators needed to be fixed. Only one was working.
Location: The hotel is within walking distance to the shops on I-Drive.
This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Orlando. rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, the view out our window was spectacular!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We were within walking distance to all the shops on I-Drive.

Disappointing considering it was a Ramada

Pros: Large breakfast area
Cons: Room updating and cleaniness
Experienced businesses traveler, so I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Room was dirty and worn. First room had no heat. Service man inspected it and never returned. Changed rooms at 9pm....new room was slightly cleaner and less worn.

Skip the Ramada

Pros: The lobby and pool are very nice.
Cons: More of a $59 room than a $109 room.
Location: Near all of Orlando's attractions.
The internet showed really nice rooms, however it seems the pictures were taken 10 years ago. The rooms in the South tower (the non-suites) are in need of remodel. It felt dirty and dingy.

Disappointing weekend

Pros: nothing
Cons: lots
Our toilet stopped working while we were there and they didn't try to fix it because we were leaving anyway and then the elevators were not working - only 1 working for whole south tower so everyone had to carry their bags down the steps. We couldn't get to breakfast because of the toilet and elevator nightmare and we didn't get so much as a sorry.

The room was very disappointing

Cons: Remodel the entire hotel.
The hotel staff and check-in went very smoothly. After I got in the room, it all went downhill from there. The in-wall AC unit was very loud. I had to almost max out the volume of my TV to be able to hear it. The carpet and the air in the room was uncomfortably humid. Late at night, just as I was about to go to sleep. I went into the bathroom and a cockroach ran across the sink!!! The shower head was also loose from the wall. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Good perks for the price

Pros: Free shuttles to theme parks, view, pool area, free breakfast
Cons: The room interior was a bit outdated and worn, but still serviceable to stay in.
Location: The view from the hotel is very nice. It is right on International Drive so you're in close proximity to the theme parks.
This hotel definitely met my expectations for the price, location and perks. It has a beautiful lobby, a pretty decent free breakfast spread and a nice pool/hot tub area. The room was pretty average but it worked well for us considering we were only in there off and on. A huge perk is the availability of shuttles to Unviersal and Disney. They're on set schedules but if you can make the timing work, it saves a lot on parking at the parks.

STAY ELSEWHERE - DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Pros: Leaving it.
Cons: EVERYTHING
We booked our first night in Orlando at this Hotel bc there was no availability at the hotel where we were staying the rest or our trip. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I vacation or travel for works 8-9 weeks a year and stay at anything from 2-5 star hotels depending on where we are and pricing. This hotel doesn't merit 1 star and is way over priced for what you get- The room was dirty and worn. When we checked in, we noticed some water on the bathroom floor and notified management that there was a leak. They said they would send someone to repair it while we were out to dinner. When we got back at around 11pm - it was still wet, we were tired and leaving early the next am and didn't bother to call again. In the morning we realized that the sink had only one water them - SUPER hoy and water squirted we=everywhere if you tried to adjust it. The shower was moldy - the decor was dated and the mattresses were saggy and old!!!
