Very nice with some kinks.....

Room was beautiful and clean. Hotel in general was beautiful and clean. However, there isn't a microwave in the room. We had to go to the 7th floor to use a microwave. The dryer on the 2nd floor was terrible. $2.25 for 63 mins and my clothes weren't even close to dry! I had to hang 5 people's clothes for 5 days to dry over night. On day 4 our room stopped having hot water! Called the front desk and they sent a engineer to the room within mins. He checked the water, sure enough no hot water. He went to the boiler room and reset the boiler, came told us to wait 20-30 mins for hot water. 30 mins later, no HOT WATER. After a day at Universal we were exhausted so we went to sleep setting our clocks early to get showers before heading out. 5:30 am the next morning still no hot water. I have 2 sixteen year old boys and one daughter on her cycle, not to mention we all felt yucky! After spending another day a Universal we came back to the room, still NO HOT WATER! This time I went to the front desk and spoke to the hotel manager. They comped me 2 nights Resort fees---$20/night. In my opinion, they should have comped the room. But we were able to sleep and use the room, so I understand. At this point they gave us another room to shower in (We had entirely too much stuff to move to this new room, we were leaving the next morning). Overall, the hotel was good. I would stay there again, but I'll bring my own microwave! Oh, and guess what happened the morning we left, HOT WATER!

Great port in a storm

Hurricane Hermine kept changing our travel plans. The Radisson was an excellent place to ride out the storm. Accomidating and pleasant in meeting our changing needs.

Orlando Vacation

Pros: Convenience
Cons: We did have a problem with room service. We requested extra blankets and it took nearly 45 minutes before our request was fulfilled.
Location: Restaurants, theme parks, shopping outlets
Overall the hotel was very nice, convenient to all the restaurants, parks and shops we had in mind of visiting. Everything was centrally located, which was a plus in my choosing this resort hotel.

It served its purpose for a hotel stay. As a traveler free breakfast and afternoon snacks would go along way. They nickeled and dimes you for everything there.

Clean room and lovely staff

Pros: Hotel staff and shuttle buses to parks.
Cons: A few areas of the hotel could do with a revamp, however hotel was still in good condition due to cleanliness.
Location: Close to theme parks. Supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance.
Stayed in Radisson Resort for six nights in June 2016. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and in good condition. Free shuttle bus to Universal Studios and Disney Epcot. Overall we had a lovely stay and would return.

Radisson at Celebration is a nice place

large comfortable room with nice pool & fitness and,.... location is excellent for the area with easy access to parks and regional meeting areas. Will book this site again.

Custo beneficio muito bom pela estrutura do hotel.

Pros: Localização e acesso facil perto de lojas e comercio variado.
Cons: O preço da estadia.
Location: Otima localizaçao com lojas, supermercados e restaurantes
Não tive nenhum aborrecimento na minha estadia, quartos limpos e roupas de camas arrumadas e trocadas todos os dias
