Good Hotel but not perfect

It took 6 hours to obtain a TV remote control from reception.I ended up calling the duty manager at 11pm to sort it out.
Also music was played constantly via speakers at the pool, in addition 2 music turntables and speakers were set up by someone from the hotel, we then had competing loud music, plus the pool music making any kind of relaxation impossible.
A relaxation area should be made available.
Apart from that it was a nice hotel.
