Orlando Vacation

Pros: Convenience
Cons: We did have a problem with room service. We requested extra blankets and it took nearly 45 minutes before our request was fulfilled.
Location: Restaurants, theme parks, shopping outlets
Overall the hotel was very nice, convenient to all the restaurants, parks and shops we had in mind of visiting. Everything was centrally located, which was a plus in my choosing this resort hotel.

Hidden "resort" fees

I booked this hotel online and pre-paid for my room for two nights. When I arrived at the hotel I was asked for a credit card and told that I would be charged an additional 25 dollars a day. I would not have chose this hotel if I had known that my room would actually be 25 dollars more a night than it claimed. Other than that it was a nice stay and I have no complaints about the hotel. The room was very clean, the a/c was nice and cold and I bought a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast in the lobby diner and it was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The pool was really nice too.

Just perfect!

It was an amazing stay. I feel comfortable, secure and the facilities were spectacular. For my next visit this is the hotel I want. The price was incredible.

Good Hotel but not perfect

It took 6 hours to obtain a TV remote control from reception.I ended up calling the duty manager at 11pm to sort it out. Also music was played constantly via speakers at the pool, in addition 2 music turntables and speakers were set up by someone from the hotel, we then had competing loud music, plus the pool music making any kind of relaxation impossible. A relaxation area should be made available. Apart from that it was a nice hotel.

The only negative feedback would be the restaurant for breakfast sucked. Service was extremely slow.
