nothing worked ice machines do not work hot tub dose not work cant get room clean but once every 3 days have to go to front desk to get new towels you still have to pay resort fees but don't receive any thing extra for them. I don't usually write a review but when you expect standard services and don't even get them for what you pay I was very disappointed this is not what they show you online the walls to the room are like paper thin you can almost make out everything the person next door is talking about

When I arrive I surely thought my reservation was for the 12th of January but it was for the 13th the ladies front desk let me know I had to get a new reservation just for one night to add to the one I had booked she was very patient with me super nice and made me pay for everything so I didn’t have to go downstairs the next day to pay that was super amazing it’s my first time in this hotel so far so good I’m enjoying it so thanks lady very professional I appreciate you both

Room service terrible, 10 days loddging and only one time was cleaned with several times requesting it. problems with the bathroom facility, breakefast dinner room to small for the amount of people and wasn’t to good either, always the same.
