Pros: nothing
Cons: everything needs to be improved
this place was awful dirty and the pool was green . I checked out in 20 minutes that's how bad it was. It was dirty - smelly and the ac didn't work . The only nice things this hotel had was the front desk lady name Maritza being helpful and working alone while under stress and still had a smile on her face .

Hotel from Hell

Our hotel experience last night was awful. Found to dead roaches in our room. Plus our bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The room even with the AC on 60 wasn't cold and it had a mildew/ musty odor. We had to bring in the car vent deodorizer and attach it the the AC vent. There was no elevator, so I had to wait for an extra hour to get a room on the first floor because I'm handicapped. There was no AC in the hallway & no ice machines. The checking in lines & checking out lines were long and the employees were having trouble with the computers. Only one of the three knew how to work them, she was running back and forth, trying to help the other two. Terrible was to run a hotel!

Disscusting Hotel

Check in took an hour... Our room was dirty, had been vaccumed in a while. Palmetto bug dead on floor. The hallways smelt like marajuana. Dealing out of side doors.WHAT A CRAZY MESS !! Try to get a place elsewhere, but everything was booked. Opening weekend of Valcano Bay & Disney's Pandora.

Avoid like the plague

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Fire the staff or owners.
Location: Close to Universal
1.5 hour wait to check in, and I was at the front of the line. Keys for numerous guests did not work, which interrupted check in for everyone. Furious guests cursing and it was HOT in the lobby. Poor guy at the desk had no help. During stay, constant stench of marijuana. Flooded areas of hotel, toilets just kept running, no one answers lobby/help desk. Free breakfast is ridiculous, consists of cheerios and toast. You aren't allowed to drink the milk. Workout room is locked. Asking a resort fee is criminal for this place. If they speak English, they pretend they don't so they don't have to fix any complaints. Cops were there multiple times for issues!

For starters this was supposed to be a vacation to Memories which turned out to be a nightmare to never forget the hotel staff the hotel stay is absolutely horrible for starters we stood in a line close to an hour just to get a key that didn't work to walk into a hotel room supposed to be for four with only two towels supposed to have two queen beds and only had two full size beds mold everywhere in the bathroom to AC that only works sometimes to several spots water spots at that all over the ceiling when going down stairs to address some of the issues like the towels and the key not working 3x's at that the downstairs Lobby was flooded with water I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy to stay one night, 30 minutes or any time here at this hotel.

Had a reservation confirmed with no refund. Upon arrival there were about 50 people who were trying to get rooms they had booked. Plolice were called. Travelocity took care of me and had another room for me within 20 mins. Great job on their part!

Nasty hotel

In a quick summary. Waited 5mins in line to check in. In line there was what appeared to be hookers, pimps and others to say the least. Ask for quite room. Was given 820, in what the boy who checked me in called "the other building". Walked down soaking wet hallway carpet. All rooms #s were wrote on wall with a sharpie. Homeless man sleeps at end of hallway. Which lady at desk said he has been there for a month. His whole set up was outside our door. No light just a big hole in the wall. Wet bathroom floor. Went to office to speak to manager in the morning. All to be told she doesn't come in till after 2pm. Shouldn't the manager be there in the morning to deal with issues????? Came back at 5:45 and was told she was gone. I got very angry and have decided to let Travelocity deal with this issue. I am requesting a refund for my entire nasty stay. I have all pictures for proff.

What a terrible place!

This hotel was the worst place that I have ever stayed at in my entire life! I would never recommend that place to anyone else!!!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

From the minute we arrived at the hotel to check in this place was a nightmare. We stood in line for over two hours to check-in (with no AC. People were consistently coming up to the front desk to complain about their rooms AC being broken, bathroom being dirty, and sheets having pee stains. When we finally get our room key, as we are walking to the room there were several roaches crawling on the wall. The first thing we noticed as we walk into our room was some disgusting left over food from whoever previously stayed in the room. The next day after trying back from eating lunch out room key wouldn't work, so I walked to the front desk were I again had to wait 30 minutes to get a new key. I don't lakes back to my room to find out the new key did not work. I had to go back and forth from my room to the front desk 3 times with a keys that did not work. The front desk worker started laughing and did not apologize once. She told us someone will meet us at the room. I asked her if the employee meeting us at the door is going to give us a key and rudely she answered "I don't know". We had to wait once again twenty minutes for the employee to open up our door. This is the most unprofessional hotel I've ever stayed in.
