Good Concept, Poor Execution

Concept is nice for kids. However the cleanliness and service were an issue. Mold in the shower, and A/C intake vent was very dirty. The fan remote and tv remote in the master bedroom were missing. I called the front desk and they said they would send the remotes up, we never received them. Also, when we checked-in, there were no breakfast vouchers, so the receptionist told me he would have them sent up to the room once they were printed. When we came back from dinner, they were not there. I called the front desk, the receptionist again said she would have them sent up. We never received them. Also, the amount of chemicals in the pool and waterpark are enough to cause respiratory issues for small kids, and will make your eyes wish they were bathing in visine
