Kids under 12 eat free. No need to visit the actual part because the place is sure to entertain the whole family. From the arcade to the bar for mom And dad.

I'm still awaiting a credit the hotel staff said they put through for me because of their lack of correct information regarding their shuttle services. They also caused me to miss a paid day at universal because of them not having our room ready

Upon arrival my family and I had tyechiayo wait 3 hours for our room to be ready, However when the room was ready it was not all the way clean.

Pros: Clean rooms, spacious rooms.
Cons: Better food choices and quality. Better staffing and customer service training.
Location: Location is horrible need a taxi to do anything, shuttle times are very inconvenient and limited. I heard a lot of guest complain about shuttle hours.
Rooms clean and spacious. Hotel is not walking distance to anything. If you plan on staying make sure you rent a car or drive your own. The food is limited and the buffet food is cold. You only have 3 times to schedule a shuttle to theme parks, which are usually booked. Everything is over priced, and a taxi to a theme park is $40 one way, and $80 one way from airport. The help is understaffed and rude. The best thing I enjoyed was the clean spacious room and the nice pool. I would have enjoyed it better if I had a car. I won't stay here again due to the rudeness of staff. I felt isolated and stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

Great Family Hotel

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children age 13 and under. The hotel does a lot to keep the kids entertained and active.

Great Place for Family

Great place for family getaway. The room was very comfy, kids ages 15,11 and 8 enjoyed every minute. The pool was warm and their was planned activities at the hotel to keep the children entertained. Location is convenient, not too far from attractions.

Close to local attractions

Pros: Pool, food, bar.
Cons: Check-in process (front desk is very slow) Housekeeping (inconsistent with refreshing items in the room each day and lack of response to requests)
Location: Close to all major attractions as well as easy drive from airport. Easily accessible from all major arteries.
The Orlando Holiday Inn Suites and Water park is a good value for the cost of the room. The resort has nice amenities, although a bit "over marketed". The rooms are cleaned and in good repair as are most of the public areas. Large, well maintained pool and "water park" area and easy driving distance to local attractions (Disney, Universal, restaurants, etc.). The included breakfast buffet is a good value and the staff throughout the resort is pleasant. Check-in process is slow and a bit tedious and housekeeping is inconsistent with freshening the room. We had need to contact housekeeping for items not refreshed one day and after one phone call and a visit to the front desk, the items never came!

Disregarded

Checked in and told one pool was closed but would be open the next day. Never opened for the remaineder of my 6 day stay. I was put in a room closest to the broke pool because I was promised it be fixed within a day. Remainder of trip I had to DRIVE to the other pool bc it was so far from my room. Except when one amazing worker Mo would drive my family. Also Handed a "no water" notice for the next day as well. No housekeeping for 3 days! Asked each day and went looking for my own clean towels. My kids had fun because their kids. The staff with the exception of a few was dismissive and very lax about any issue I had.

Great hotel, disappointing "waterpark"

Pros: Rooms were great, staff was friendly. Room quality and price was the only thing keeping this trip on the positive.
Cons: Better waterslides at your waterpark.
Location: Very close to Disney, got checked out and over to Hollywood Studios in about 10 minutes.
First, the good: The rooms are fantastic, very modern and upgraded, almost like a condo. Couches and beds are comfortable, TVs are brand new. Bunk beds for kids were perfect. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bad: We were very disappointed by the "waterpark" and pool area. We were expecting slides that actually flow into the pool like 90% of all other waterparks. These were merely slides next to the pool on a concrete pad that had water flowing down them, and half of them were off limits. Not much excitement. Plus, we were told it closed at 7pm, but they shut it down by 6. When check in is at 3pm, that doesn't leave much time to get settled and out to enjoy what we paid for. The main swimming pool itself was fine, but just like any other pool. It was nice to have two hot tubs, with one off limits to kids. There is supposed to be a 2nd pool area with an adult-aged waterslide, but that was shut down for renovation. When "waterpark" is right there in the name of your hotel, it should be be a feature, not an afterthought.
