Nice room, obnoxious concierge

The room and facilities were great. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities offered in the room; full kitchen, bathroom, the bed was comfortable. It was close to the theme parks, had great pools, a mini-golf course, and the check in process was relatively painless. That said, we will never stay here again.
Why? Every morning at 9 AM sharp the concierge called and asked us if we would be interested in attending a seminar. We said "No" first chance we got. That did not deter them one bit. They even called the morning of our check-out. We both understand that they want to drum up return business, but once a customer says no, you should drop it immediately. When we checked out they asked how our stay was, and we told them about the constant phone calls. They replied that we should have called the front desk to ask them to stop. How about telling the concierge to stop when the customer asks? Seems simpler and much more along the lines of what a reasonable person would expect.
It's really a shame too. We liked this place. But we value not being disturbed and pitched to constantly more.
