Loved the pool! Warm, clean, and beautiful and also had a hot tub. They whole hotel is so clean. The staff was really great.

The property looks nice, but upon check in our room smelled musty, like mildew, and was very humid. There was a $20 parking fee not included in room fee. The alarm clock also went off at 6am from a previous guest, waking our two toddlers much earlier for the day than they were ready for.

I didn’t get much sleep for two of the nights. A group of cheerleaders were staying there and they were running around the hallways late night/early morning and yelling. I called the front desk many times but nobody picked up. When I mentioned it on check out, they just shook their heads.

Walking in there are a number of things that are visually appealing. Makes for good pictures. No issue with late check-in. Party of 4 (2 adults 2 children). They did not have enough wash cloths nor bed linens for us to make up the pull out sofa. We contacted the front desk and they gave us 2 fitted sheets and a wooly blanket and 1 pillow for 2 people citing they did not have anymore. The kids were able to use the blanket we brought for the chill of the plane thankfully as that wooly blanket was not appropriate for any skin to skin contact. Staff entered our room every day while we were out and did not clean (we did not request this) and they removed our wash cloths. Each night we had to call the the front desk to get wash cloths. (3 nights) In the bathroom there was what appeared to be damage to the wall, there was a hole in the door that separated the bedroom from the living room suite area, then on day 2 the door knob fell off. I have never stayed at a Marriott property in this state. I have a follow-up e-mail going to Marriott detailing the state of the property and their staff going into our room each day while we were out and the entry had nothing to do with cleaning. Otherwise the kids appreciated the bath having a separate shower and bath. The size of the room was great. Having 2 TV's worked well and the kids being able to watch You Tube on tv. We stayed at this hotel due to proximity to Disney and Universal. Transportation is available to both parks
