The hot tub was just barely warm, not hot, so that was a huge disappointment. Also, the pool area was noisy, due to staff doing power-washing of the the fence. It was a Saturday, which made it seem unnecessary to do at that time. The sheets on the beds were very soft and beds were comfortable. The room was very nice. The continental breakfast was okay. The sad little scrambled egg circles were cold.

I will share your comments with the engineering department regarding the SPA, and I agree there are better times than pressure washing on a Saturday. However, I am glad the accommodations were to your satisfaction.I hope you give us another opportunity. A future visit to our hotel will better reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Hot tub was broke, beds not made randomly one day, shower head pressure so so, room had a musty smell. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. For the price, I thought it would be nicer overall.

The bathrooms could have had a more pleasant smell and the toilet had a slight plumbing issue, other than that the facility was good.

I set up pay at the property and the morning before check in time (3pm) they had already charged the card set up to hold the room for the first day. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly, found silverfish remains in bathroom, found foreign bug type material in one bed. The staff was friendly and helpful and it was very clean and neat overall.

We stayed for two nights over the busy spring break weekends. The hotel was packed but everything seemed to run smoothly. We had a little Plumbing incident, they came within five minutes and fixed it. I definitely would recommend

Great stay! It is SUPER close to the park. The parking lot was huge. Quiet. Clean. Seriously, we’d go back in a heartbeat. I actually left son’s shoes there after we checked out and they went and checked for us and held them until we came back through the following day. 5 stars!!!! A
