A week in Paradise

We stayed for a full week at Caribe Royale and it was an amazing experience. We loved the pool and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I look foward to go back in the future.

We thought Siri took us to the wrong place...WOW!

When we arrived, we were amazed at the resort! Our room was very comfortable. I never sleep well in hotel beds; I slept so comfortably. The pool area, hot tub, & much of the food was quite enjoyable. The salad bar in the main restaurant was very good. Need a couple more salad dressing options for sure...like French & poppy seed would be an extra plus since they only provided ranch, Caesar, & Italian. Cristian was very attentive, kind, and helpful; we asked for “his section” again the next morning. We were truly mesmerized by the waterfalls & evening ambience. So relaxing!! Our room key croaked ... maintenance tried first to get us in our room, but was unable to either. Security was contacted immediately. The security person was very thorough & pleasant as he confirmed we were the guests of that room. It made me feel even safer allowing our teen daughter to go out&about on the property. Unfortunately, we did take 1/2 star off each for two reasons only. We knew about the $25 daily fee for amenities added to our bill ... but we’re surprised we had to pay additional fees to rent the bicycles & play on the basketball court, etc.. First come, first serve makes sense, but additional fees? Also...the internet service is very poor. It’s two people per room allowed to have service. It shut off & on at random. My fairly new service card with a lot of data was completely drained after 6 days.

Beautiful hotel very welcoming

Pros: We felt very safe.
Cons: Have the bar outside open till at least 11pm. It was so relaxing sitting outside.
Location: Perfect I found Duncan donuts (very important) and lots of restaurants. I particularly love the outlets. All in all there was excess to everything
My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The food and service was very good, staff was wonderful. We actually met this amazing young women named Diana who cater to us at the calypso bar. She was very attentive not only to us but everyone she took care off. We will definitely go back

Can't wait to go back

Pros: It's location and amenities.
Cons: House keeping could be done better.
Location: Disney springs with free parking is close by also Walmart is only 5 minutes driving away from the hotel.
This hotel was recommended to us by a friend and we'll definitely recommend it too. Great room, facilities, and location for the price.

Delayed hotel fee

Great experience just annoyed they haven't taken out my hotel fee yet and I've been gone a week.

Nice hotel but wouldn't say 4*

Pros: Pool
Cons: Room space
Nice hotel but not close to any major attraction. Good for conference and trainings. Sitting room is smallish with big tv. Rooms are not very spacious but pool is nice. OK for business travellers but wouldn't recommend for families.
