Allure Resort

Both comforters were stained and dirty. Thermostat was in celcius, good thing for Goggle to convert to fahrenheit. We had no towels in our room. The beds were very firm. It was ok for a quick one night stay. At least they serve Starbucks Coffee.

Hotel by the lots to do area of town.

It is a bit of a distance to Disney due to traffic. #4 is heavy traffic area but across the street of the hotel there is lots to do.

No room available

Purchased the hotel room through Travelocity and when I arrived with my two tired children I was told that there were no rooms available. I advised the room was purchased and confirmed and that I had a confirmation number. I was advised by the hotel to contact travelocity as they are over booking their rooms. Waiting on a refund for the room I paid for and never received.

They were rude. They made us stand there until exactly 4p to check in. Many of the employees were unaccomodting and rude. They stood around doing nothing refusing to check us in. We had no towels for hours and hours. The elevator would not go to our floor. The room was clean however. The pool was disgusting.

Will never stay here again

When we arrived at the hotel they didn't have the room we booked and stuck us in a room with a king and twin pull out couch when we had booked 2 queens. There were no linens or blankets in the room for the pullout bed so we called the front desk and also requested linens and blankets plus we needed another bed because we have 2 kids. They arrived 30-40 mins later with the pop up bed but no extra linens or blankets so we had to call down again and 20 mins later they came back with linens and one blanket when we had 2 beds. So one of my kids were freezing the whole night. We finally were able to get settled after 12 am since we arrived late and were waiting on beds and got into bed to go to sleep & the room had a horribly loud buzzing/humming noise and was keeping everyone awake. Needless to say we were disappointed in the choice of hotels. There are only 2 elevators and one was broken and the other one sounded like it was about to break down at any moment. We were on the 7th floor and sometimes had to wait 10 mins for the evelvator to get to us! I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

Have stayed at the hotel numerous times and the service is great every time no issues with the reservations or stay.

Hotel Staff

Hotel staff not friendly... they gave us wrong room number so we had to try calling from top floor to get straightened out. No answer so had to go back down. They changed room key. Went back upstairs to find second key didn't work either. So went down again and oh they wrote down wrong room number. This key worked. Checking out the staff member did not say one word to me. I had to ask for receipt. Will stay at another hotel next time as most likely staff is friendlier than at Allure.

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything.
The location... outstanding. Directly across, and within waking distance, from Orlando Eye. The experience.... miserable. After check-in, attempted to enter building but key card would not unlock side door in hotel. Got into room and alarm clock wasn't working, and neither was the sleep number bed. WiFi was also not working for the 4 days I was there. What's worse is that I had to go outside to get any cell phone reception. Restaurant was closed the entire time. This was not a pleasant place to stay.

I stayed here and another hotel. This was by far nicer than the other. Clean comfortable and close to all the fun things to do on international drive.
