Not worth the savings

When we arrived at our room, there were no towels anywhere! The television remote didn't work, and neither did the Sleep Number beds! The bedside phone didn't work and the in-hotel bar and grill was closed. The room was clean, at least, but that was the only thing it had going for it.
To make matters worse, all this happened after we arrived two hours too early for check-in - when we got back to the hotel to check-in roughly six hours later, the room still had no towels! You'd think they would have had enough time to stock them in the four hours after check-in officially started.
