Located on the quiet and peaceful north side of town and only a few blocks from the beach, this cottage by the sea is just what you and your family and/or friends need for a relaxing getaway! Around Florence you will find plenty of fun activities, so whether you want to golf at one of the two courses, shop the downtown boutiques, try your luck at the casino, sightseeing around town, go fishing or crabbing in the Siuslaw River, or try the surprising variety of restaurants, there's something for everyone here. If you feel like venturing out of town, you can find Heceta Head Lighthouse and the larger Newport to the north, and the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area and Coos Bay to the south.

Enjoy a stay in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom home with plenty of space for up to six guests. It also has great amenities like cable and a washer/dryer for sand removal! The living/dining space is roomy, with two walls of windows with great views of the ocean and cozy white furniture that you can just sink right into. Put a few logs in the old-fashioned wood stove for a warm and cozy evening reading or socializing! You could also take a wander outside to the wrap-around deck to get some fresh salty air.

The dining table seats four and is a great place for eating, playing board games, or chatting. Enjoy a vintage kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a bright pink wall for flare and inspiration!

All guests will sleep comfortably, even our youngest visitors - a master suite has a queen Tempurpedic bed, and a second room has two twin-over-double bunk beds. This home is perfect for a multi-generational family such as a visit with the grandparents. It's also great for smaller families traveling together, or a group of friends catching some surf. The beach is right at your fingertips for beachcombing, sandcastle competitions, and seashell hunting. Stop by the Waterfront Depot restaurant in the historic downtown area for fresh seafood and fantastic views of the bridge and Siuslaw River.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
