We stayed in room 133. This room happens to be adjacent to the morning breakfast area/room. Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait for approximately 30 minutes for a staff member to come to the front office. When he emerged he looked as though he had been sleeping in the back. No welcome or any greeting, just a “here you go, that’s the room key”. The room was the loudest room I have EVER stayed in. I reported it to the girl at the front desk who basically took the stance of “what do you want me to do”. We went to the hot tub but like everything else about this hotel, didn’t work. There were no spare towels and upon leaving this crappy hotel, no thanks from the staff for staying with them or anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! There are plenty of other options along the strip. And btw, I recorded the interactions between myself and the front to play for any management/corporate employees who wish to hear it. I was told by the girl at the front that she couldn’t tell me who the general manager of the facility was... not even their first name. This place is a miserable experience!

Moderately clean. They just need to put the appropriate bed spread on the bed.. The queen bed had a king cover and it was touching the floor!

I had big bites on my rear end, my back and my legs. Took pictures after returned home, not easy to take pictures on my own, so I couldn't show all of them. Hotel front desk said that she'll contact me but didn't. They have my number on record and I left email address too. Besides big bites, the bath tub faucet was really hard to pull and durian was half clogged. The plastic molding around the tub edge was about to come off. I have never had any bad hotel stay experience any where or in any grade of hotel. This could be the worst Ever!

Close to Disney but it won’t be a magical stay

I booked this hotel because of the Wyndham name and reputation. This property did not live up to that impression. The outside walkways are dirty. The elevator was broken. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work, the AC was very noisy each time it started cooling. The bathroom and vanity area were clean but the shower calking had visable mold and there were small spots of mold on the ceiling over the shower. The strip transition between the room carpet and the bathroom vinyl had a nail head the was not down all the way which was painful to step on with bare feet. The room was clean but showed a lack of maintenance. I stayed 2 nights to attend a near by conference it was adequate. I would not bring my family to stay in this hotel.

This hotel was in walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center ~5-7 minutes. The room however, is in need of major repairs. The handle to flush the toilet was not secure, it was barely attached. I had to push and hold the handle while flushing. All but one outlet was loosely attached to the walls and the additional lamp outlets for your devices. The microwave did not shut off automatically. The tv was inferior, terrible picture and sound. I can say however, that the bed was comfortible but the pillows are small. On a good note, this hotel is in walking distance to resturants. For affordable temporary accommodations this hotel is okay.

Family trip to Disneyland

Pros: Breakfast was good. Glad it was included. Ladies working there were very pleasant.
Cons: definitely needs to be updated. carpets stained; older tv.
Location: Denny's restaurant is next door; gas station close; freeway close. Grab the ART bus but buy tixs first. Easy to find
an older hotel in need of major update. the room is a good size for 2 (2 queen beds),carpet was stained; did not have a refrigerator while my son's room had one. parking is tricky. spaces are tight if you have a larger vehicle-a plus is they do not charge to park while other hotels do. Also, they allow double parking on the south side which can be a problem if the 1st car needs to leave and the other car owner is not on the property. you should bring a hairdryer. the one in my room burned out the 1st day & I had to get one from the office and my son's room did not have one at all. be prepared. bring a power strip for all you chargers; outlets wouldn't keep plugs secure. they do have breakfast: waffles, danish, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. it was quiet and since we spent very long days at D/L once our heads hit the pillows we heard nothing. staff not knowledgeable about the ART bus.Tixs can be purchased at Denny's however they only sell adult tix). Across the street is a Disney store-get them there. a bus stop about 75 feet north of the hotel driveway. very convenient; it drops you @ Disneyland.. traveled during spring break so room prices high -
