Too expensive for what you get.

Very low water pressure. They advertise "Breakfast." It should read "Continental Breakfast." Hot tub was filthy. Pave needs to be moderized.

uncomfortable

Room dusty. Pillows uncomfortable. Staff allow people to yell in halls and at the pool in the even. No regard for those we may be sleeping early because they need to get up early.

Close To Disneyland

Pros: It did have a nice pool.
Cons: The breakfast that came with the room was all starches unless you count cream cheese for a bagel or half & half for cereal as breakfast protein.
Location: very close to Disneyland
We asked for a handicap accessible room. The wheel chair had difficulty fitting in the bathroom door. The room had three queen beds with two straight back chairs for sitting. The beds were very hard. We could not use the Disneyland tram with the wheelchair (no access). So we walked the first day.

Won't stay again

The rooms had l that nasty dirty feel. The beds sucked! The area was crawling with homeless people and strange people in the parking lot. The room had a strange moldy odor to it. Not worth it spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else!!

Horrible Hotel

Pros: None at all.
Cons: Tear this place down and build new. Get rid of the whole staff and make sure get a new crew that love what they do.
Location: We visited Disneyland and the beach.
The location is good but over-all of the hotel it is horrible. We always like to stay at the Hampton Hotel but this time we stayed here because we can see Disney's firework from the hotel. But it was not worth it at all. The staff, facility, pool, and room was horrible. Staff were very rude and look like they all are depressed or angry, room are filthy (my bedding stink and I think they are damped. good thing we got our own sleeping bag.) I just want to keep this short. This place is not cheap as of price wise but everything else is cheap and horrible. This hotel ruin my whole trip except us being in Disneyland.

Basic..... Book elsewhere

Not impressed at all. The room was not very clean and was in pretty bad shape. You can tell they cut corners with repairs. I'm pretty sure we had mold frowning in the walls from a past water leak. We would be out all day and would be totally fine. As soon as we stepped into our room asthma and allergies would go into overdrive. We woke up every morning congested with wheezing and glued to our inhalers. About 30 mins after we left we were ok again. We actually changed hotels because of this. Breakfast is a joke! No protein at all only carbs. (Toast, Raisin Bran, waffles and basic drinks) not even yogurt or good fruit. They had some nasty bannanas covered in strawberry syrup but it was gross. Wifi and tv and dumb. Hardly any English channels and the screen quality was right outta 1980s. Wifi was 2mbps so you can hardly do anything with. Parking lot is filled with homeless and transients at night digging in trash cans or hanging out near the gas station. Overall I regret booking here. Thought I got a good deal but wasn't impressed. If you need super basic accommodations then it will work but otherwise book else were

Nice hotel close to Disneyland and Knotts

Pros: Everything.
Location: Easy access to Disneyland..could have walked if we weren't so old!!!!! Kids said they could have easily walked..everything is right there.
The room was over and above what I had expected. We were eligible for late check in so spent the whole day at Disneyland/Ca Grand Adventure..arrived at the room beyond tired..the bed was comfortable..the people exceptionally nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay there on my next trip.

Great Location!

Pros: location & bedtime stars
Cons: Modernize the bedding a little bit and try to find a way to get rid of the old molding smell. Have housekeeping change their routes once in a while.
Location: I just spent my time in Disneyland. But they have a Garden Grove Mall and local food locations nearby.
This hotel is located just outside the Mickey & Friend's parking structure. It's a short walk to the garage and then you could take a tram to the parks. Since our room was located at the end of the house cleaning rotation, and we were visiting during Marathon weekend, our room was skipped for cleaning 3 days in a row. 1 day because we had the do not disturb sign and the other 2 days they just never came. If you needed any additional towels or toiletries you have to go in person to the front desk to retrieve. They don't have room service (housekeeping past 2:30 pm). The staff is really great, the beds are comfortable, the rooms smell really old, and their linens/curtains could use an upgrade. The price is not up to par for the quality but you are paying for the location. (How incredibly close it is to Disneyland).

Okay place to stay if you want to be near Disney

I chose this hotel for it's cheap price for our Disneyland trip. My boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel after already spending a full day at Disneyland and were completely exhausted. I have to say that having the late check-in time was really nice as we arrived at the hotel around 9pm. When getting into our room we were excited that there was both a refrigerator and a microwave which was awesome! The room looked fairly clean and we did not experience any issues with AC like others have stated. However, when turning on the blacklight for our starry ceiling, we did notice several stains on the sheets... A call to the front desk brought up the maid with new sheets for us so it was easily solved. The bed itself was fairly comfortable. Like others have stated, don't attempt to sleep before the fireworks go off! They're extremely loud. Instead, watch them from the balcony and have a perfect view. We did have some issues with the shower. If you are showering in the morning, you might have a hard time getting hot water. My shower continually went from warm to freezing. I recommend taking a shower at night instead (I was able to get hot water then). Breakfast was OKAY. There were not very many options. The walk to Disney is very easy and doesn't take very long, although I could see it being difficult if you have small children. Overall, an okay place to stay. You get what you pay for...
