Worst Experience

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Disneyland
So we booked this hotel to be close to Disneyland, which was the only benefit to this hotel. The original guy who checked us in was amazing everyone else horrible customer service. I work in customer service so I know what it requires. The rooms are EXTREMELY tiny, the towels scratchy, and the beds even worse. Too top it off the freeway is right across the street so it's noisy! I would never stay here again and I have no clue how it is rated 3.5 starts.

Needs remodeling

Checked in, front desk girl had no clue how to check me in, manager or supervisor working on the computer next to her helps her out but seemed inconvenienced, at online checkout nothing was mentioned about the 50$ deposit and 10$ parking fee i had no choice n had been exhausted after a 15hr drive n just needed a bed to lay out,checked in at 9pm. walking to the room wasn't too bad but after opening the room door i was highly disappointed 140 for a half size room, i was too tyred to look elsewhere, as i got undressed noticed all the bad maintenance with in the walls, carpet, trimming, bathroom ect. I just needed to go to sleep n rest, morning comes and i go straight to the shower as i open the valve splattering water berlie comes out i ran out upset for the ice bucket to fill with water n finish bathing i was highly upset about my expensive none functional room, i get dressed n by 10im checking out as i go into the office i was asked how i was i replyed considering i had a bad experience n unable to fully use my amenities not happy she dint reply the lady manager or supervisor herd n gives a shittiness look and continues about her business girl helping me tells me she would credit my parking fee for the inconvenience i was disappointed, manager chimes in and asked if i was headding to Disneyland i replyed no, just needed a place to rest after traveling long ways , she walked away, the way she responded, i would have talked to the manager and asked what to do to make it right

Bewildered at rating

Pros: comfortable bed
Cons: An update
Hotel is right next to the freeway and noisy, thin walls let me hear both rooms on either side, bathroom chipped tiles and sorta cleaned. bed was fine, but the overall experience I would have given the place a two star rating.

Best bet for Disneyland

I checked rates and reviews of every hotel within walking distance of Disneyland and decided on this one. Well I am glad I did. The room was small but very nice with all the necessary amenities. The heated floor in the bathroom and by the sink was also nice. I would definitely recomment this motel and I would stay here again.

Surprisingly nice

Pros: Clean and comfortable
Location: I walking distance of Disneyland
Located along the freeway,I thought it would be noisy,but it wasn't. Nice clean newly remodeled room.

Great place to stay for a great price!

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, delicous breakfast
I have stayed at this location several times and will continue to do so when visiting the Anaheim area. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. The ladies who prepare and keep the breakfast going work very hard and are very friendly. They deserve more praise!

Great find !

The room was clean overall but the floor between the nightstand and bed required vacuuming. However, other than that no complains. We appreciated that the hotel was located in close proximity to Disneyland. Hotel was amazing! Great location and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying here again!

Very good for price

Cons: traffic noise freeway barrier would be nice
The room was a little small, but luckily it was just my husband and I and only for one night. We had gotten a room so we didn't have to drive after a concert at the House of Blues. The only problem we dealt with was a sulfur smell that was coming from the bath tub drain in the early morning as everyone seemed to be taking their showers. Wasn't sure if sewer lines were backing up. But that was only early morning, than went away.

Well worth it!

Walked in and was pleasantly surprised as to how wonderful this Quality Inn had looked than most other ones. The new lobby was just gorgeous! The front desk that had helped us was very wonderful! She had helped me and my family get a room near the breakfast room and also near the ice machine; they even gave us some extra towels as we requested. The rooms are quite small but for my family, it was actually perfect. A rollaway is an extra charge of $11.70 per night, which we ended up doing so my six year old could sleep without cramming with the other siblings (we had 2 double beds). The breakfast included milk, cereal, waffles, and boiled eggs. The walk to the park took less than 10 minutes, very doable From check in to check out, everything was just a breeze. But I've never felt so comfortable traveling without having to worry about any issues as if they were any, it was dealt with immediately and professionally. There's something in the environment besides the pleasant front desk and the rest of the staff at this Quality Inns then any other. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone and would also stay definitely stay here again.
