Front desk employee was very kind and helpful. Property old and not kept up. Mattresses old. Walls thin and could hear neighbors on both sides. This is a beautiful area and the grounds are nice but the hotel needs a remodel, and that doesn’t mean another layer of paint. With all that being said, it was the least expensive hotel in the area.

Great views into marina and surrounding area. Very walkable to restaurants, the town of Data Point and beaches and walking paths. Staff was really friendly. Great location.

Honeymoon suite was excellent. Heart shaped jacuzzi was an amazing plus for my wife and I - we were able to pull out and turn the TV while relaxing after a day out on the town. Front desk staff were really kind and helpful. There was a younger crowd, many inebriated and loud; the walls are insulated so we literally heard nothing when the door was closed. Great room. If the honeymoon suit is available, take it! Well worth the money. Will be back when we visit Dana Point again.

The double room was shabby, didn’t seem like 2 queen beds & room had 1 chair at the desk & 1 on the patio overlooking the parking lot. ( harbor view if I looked past all the cars).
