We loved the location and the facilities at the hotel. Shower was excellent. Windows that open out to a balcony. Wifi was very reliable.

Good value in central Paris

Posted Jul 20, 2017 on Expedia
Very central location, modern room and bathroom, well maintained, quiet, staff has some difficulty with English but they try. Overall excellent and would strongly recommend for both recreational and business travelers.

Nice hotel close to Lafayette Galleries

Posted Jul 11, 2017 on Expedia
Pros: We liked the location, it was located close to outdoor cafes, restaurants and some local stores where you could buy drinks/water/snacks.
Cons: The rooms could be a bit larger, enough for people to walk around the room and not feel enclosed. Some english speaking TV channels (news) would help.
Location: Walk to Musee Grevin (Passage de Panoramas), stop by the Le Valentin Tea House, good coffee, great pastries, Hard Rock Cafe for a hamburger/beer/wine!
The hotel is very convenient to Lafayette Galleries, Hard Rock Cafe and Montmartre. The room was tiny but it was clean and had all the necessities. It was what we expected for the price we paid for a Paris hotel.

Convenient Location, great facilities..

Posted Jul 11, 2017 on Expedia
We enjoyed the stay at the hotel, enjoyed the pool out back in the courtyard and really enjoyed the large terrace for our room...would have enjoyed even more if Paris hadn't have been rainy in May. The location was very convenient...metro very close and lots to walk to around the area as well.

Convenient hotel with great staff

Posted Jul 7, 2017 on Expedia
Pros: Location, staff, delicious breakfast
Cons: Room lighting, amenities
We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are definitely small and, even though we had an "Expedia VIP room," we still had a tiny room with no outside access. Lighting was also dim. You can't beat the location though - close to the metro and a lot of cafes, still within walking distance to the major tourist attractions if you don't mind a mile or two. Staff is very pleasant and friendly and speaks pretty good English. The breakfast was delicious! Best breakfast we had our entire trip through Europe! Overall, we would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Posted Jun 21, 2017 on Hotels
Had a really nice stay here. The staff were super friendly, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The standard room is on the smaller side for two people but it seems to be the norm for Europe. This particular room had a small closet and Juliet balcony window which was a nice touch with the dark decor. The bathroom was a bit odd. The toilet is in a small room beside the bed, decor was completely black inside but that didn't bother us. The room had a full shower which was amazing. I would stay here again but likely try to upgrade to a larger room next time.

Excellent Service @ Average Hotel

Posted Jun 18, 2017 on Hotels
The service was excellent, especially the night receptionist, Laurie. Typical small room and bathroom. Rooms were clean but it had a musty smell. Location is a distance from major sites. Closest site is a 10-12 minute walk to Opera. Less than 5 minutes to 3 different subway lines.

Location is very good. Room is a little bit small.

Everything is very good except the room is a little bit small. However, I understand it is in the downtown Paris, which I won't complain about.

Elevator did not work properly

Posted Jun 9, 2017 on Expedia
During my staying(5 days) elevator doors did not open on the second floor(( and It would be more comfortable in the room with additional lighting. The breakfast was quite good, consisted of bakeries, grilled sausages, boiled eggs and some fruits.

convenient and clean hotel, watch for room size

Posted Jun 5, 2017 on Expedia
Pros: convenient place, everything close by,
Cons: make sure what room you are getting
Location: restaurant, shopping at Galleries Lafayette (expensive stuff), subway to almost everywhere.
First of all, I get a special rate for this hotel from Expedia and it cannot be beaten. SO I took it. The hotel is very close to the Subway station of line 7 (3 minute walking). There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes walking so you will get everything you need. (The France Supermarket is not US supermarket. Imagine it as 7-11 but it does have everything you need.) There are more than 6 Chinese restaurants within 8 minutes walking. It is about 800 meters from Galleries of Lafayette (Expensive stuff to buy there). So very convenient no matter you are here for business or just sight seeing. A few things to be cautious: (1) my special rate is for their penthouse room. It is SMALL. I am not complaining since I pay a low price. But watch out what room you are getting since it is really SMALL. A single person is OK if you just come back to sleep. (2) If the breakfast is not included, you better eat it out or just get some milk and sandwich from the supermarket. The breakfast buffet is 19 Euro. On the contrary, in supermarket, they have sandwich for less than 3 Euro, and milk for 0.99 Euro for a liter. It is darn cheap. (3) Do not misunderstand me, this is a god hotel.
