Didn't feel safe or clean

Pros: The person working the front desk was very friendly. She gave me no hassle when I told her I was leaving and asked for a refund.
Cons: The rooms need new everything.
Location: There's the Auto Club Speedway and the Ontario Mills mall, which is huge.
Just checking in I didn't feel safe in this area. Especially since I was alone. The hotel has a truck stop on one side and the train tracks on the other. Inside the room was very small. The bed had a cigarette burn on it and the carpet was very stained. There was a puddle of water on the floor in the bathroom so the toilet was leaking. There was a huge crack in the tub and it was very stained. A train went by as I was seeing all this and I knew it was going to wake me up at night. I ended up leaving right away and finding a different hotel.

DISGUSTING

It was horrible, 1st they bamboozled me into a room I didn't reserve... the floor had patches of flooring missing... as a non smoker this smoking room had me & my clothes still wreaking of smoke even tho I hadn't smoked anything. No towels, then it took an hour & 3 calls to the front desk to finally get her to bring them... just disgusting

Location: Close to eating establishments and a shopping mall.
The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by anyone.

Hotel in a Good Location

Pros: Hotel staff was friendly and attentive.
Cons: The room could use a little TLC.
Location: Olin Mills is a HUGE Outlet Mall with lots of great shopping in the mall and in the area around it. Lots of good restaurants and 2 movie theaters.
An older hotel in good condition with some need for a little TLC. Great location, near Ontario Mills Outlet Mall and the Ontario Airport. At first look it is located near a large truck yard, it was fear at first site, trucks coming and going all night and the noise they would bring, I had a first floor room which on the truck yard side and the block wall took away ALL of the truck noise, never hear a single truck all night long. Great pool and Hot Tub. Breakfast was not much to brag about but there was coffee and orange juice, some fresh fruit and danish. So enough to take the edge off.
