DND was switched off upon leaving the room. I personally switched it off and saw the light go off. When returned, the DND sign was on and the room was not cleaned. ? Is it a policy that you do not clean the room until check out? Did not highlight to the DM as did not want to make a big fuss. You should check the control switch or............
