From reception to checkout, entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well set up, warm and comfortable. Bed was very much to our liking and the side of medium firmness. Bar has a nice setup, comfy spots to hang out in for the time needed. Full breakfast has everything you might want from eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, beans, breads, croissants, fruit, juices - full buffet ...

Nice hotel, modern rooms. Bit of mould in the shower, initially no towels in the room on arrival and one of the receptions wasn't very friendly or helpful. But the others we had were. Cleanliness and location both good, and generally would come back. Breakfast very pricey!

I was stuck in snow storm and randomly picked this place. The room was just basic. Pillows were terrible and they need to change it. The lobby area was good. Check in staff said that i had breakfast in the room rate but i was charged.
