I booked this property on the promise of a pool and breakfast when i could have gone to a sister hotel for $60 less. When i got there i asked about breakfast and was told they dont have breakfast. I said than someone needs to change the website and showed her where it was listed. I was also never told if there actually was a pool. There was no signage for such. A number of lights in the room didnt work. The bathroom door hung up on the floor and to latch it closed you had to lift it. There was a crack in the bathroom floor, burn marks and assorted spots on the carpet. There was no grab bar in the tub or non slip mat. As a disabled person I NEED these things to feel safe using it. So I went all weekend without a shower.

No shower curtain,burn holes in bedding, fireplace didnt work, microwave was dirty, smelled horrible in the room.

bad from the start. Staff isn't professional. Multiple things wrong with the room. Went to move me to another room and I opened the door, it was occupied. One person seems to be on staff at a time. Difficult to get things fixed. Even breakfast had broken equipment. Tried to get a partial refund and I get a canned response that is worked like it came from thousands of miles away. Avoid.

The propertty itself has potential but it is under new management. Things are getting run down, blow dryer didt work,, bathroom sink very used and old, freezer over frosted, toaster at breakfast didnt work,no t enough towels or bedding for soda sleeper, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and the breakfast consisted of bread and cereal. Not what we were used to from prevous stays with waffles. Yogurt, fruit , hot item and boiled eggs. Hopefull they get enough business to do upgrades on the property

Arrived @1pm, asked if room was ready early, they said no. Came back @4pm checkin time, got keys went to room couldn’t get in. Was informed by housekeeping staff that room lock has had a problem for some time. Stood outside my room for over an hour!!! Finally got someone to come change out the locking mechanism (took 15 min). Entered room to find not 2br, but 1 br, no towels other than a bath mat! What a joke!!! OYO recently took over guesthouse inn, OYO is a JOKE!! Beware!! Appears to be a semi transient/low rent hotel for vagrants now. Never again!!!

Property is in a transition stage of buyout but that is no excuse for computers not working, rooms not being ready, no towels in room at arrival, was given bath mats for bath towels the next day, first room.sent to was still under renovation, front desk keeps sign up we will be right back I had a pre paid reservation but my room was not ready when we arrived l Both mornings , never saw breakfast attentant. Fresh fruit was a plus but no bran cereal, waffle batter was watered down and same meal options each day. Staff trying to deal with limitations they have to work with but overall very unprofessional for management to expect their staff to meet customer expectations without providing them with the tools to do so.

This place was disappointing - room had dirty carpet, sink in bathroom was old and cracked. When we got there, only 2handtowels in room (no washcothes, bathtowels). Couldn't get a "signal" on tv. Front desk person was the only one working evidently, because she was also in the process of drying towels. We finally went down to desk and she gave us 2 bathtowels. Told her the tv didn't work - no one ever came to help with it. Overall, a lousy experience.
