The room was great very large plenty of room. There were no hand towels, wash clothes or shower caps. I called to lobby to get items said they would bring them right up. Never showed!

The property itself is ok, nice building. The staff is not friendly, the room was freezing cold and heater was not working. No daily cleaning service. We asked for clean towels, we were told some one will bring but never did. the next day when the room was not clean, I informed the front desk around 3pm, I was told it is too late now to send someone to clean so I can come down get towels if I need to. I spent 3 night and no one came to clean except the 1st day. Breakfast could use some help. I don't know how they managed to make scrambled egg to make it so rubbery. I also stayed 2 nights in the same hotel but located at north side of the airport. Staff was much friendly and helpful. The AC/ heater in the room actually works. Breakfast is slightly better. Both hotels need to teach their staff how to make scrambled egg and omelets.

Very large hotel near LAX, convenient if flying out the next day. Area around the hotel may not be conducive to walking, traffic is heavy and difficult to move around. We had three people in the room and it was stocked with only one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth. Breakfast was average, but they do make omelettes to order as part of the continental breakfast. Don’t confuse Embassy Suites North and South locations at LAX! As we did.

There was a foul order coming from rooms concession area. Rather the refrigerator, sink, or microwave. It smelled like vomit … also in the room there was a black tar /coffee that stained the ceiling and above the bed area. Complained to staff but they offered nothing.

Stayed a week at hotel and had to request room to be cleaned daily. I came back to room on two occasions and room was not cleaned at all after asking front desk the same day. I requested towels and had to exit almost three hours to receive them.

Pleasant but unreliable airport shuttle
Clean confortable spacious rooms, breakfast variable depending on crowds, very busy ar times. Main issue was with shte service, which was unreliable and late, and difficult to get pick up from airport. Check in queues too so maybe not enough staff.
