Couldnt open the door to room ended up numerous times going back down to lobby to keep telling fromt desk finally hotel sent a worker up to room to finally open room door , room dodnt have no blanket just a sheet on bed so air conditioning was extremely cold needed a blanket, hotel casino had cigarettes smell in air whole time

I don’t know where to start, NEVER staying in this hotel ever again. For starters, water took 20 minutes to get hot, no wash cloths, sliding glass doors didn’t lock, mini bar fridge was full but off, no temperature setting on air conditioner, either off, low, or high. Beds maid with just sheet, comforters in closet. Credit card machine didn’t work, luckily I had cash and had to use for payment. I can go on and on. Avoid this place at all cost.

Excellent customer service

Pros: The location, and employee attention.
Cons: Minor repairs, for example the shower head was loose and needed to be refastened.
Location: Night activities, childrens activities, eating options, walking distance to main shopping and eating area (El Conde) driving distance to other sites.
All our needs were meet with no objections. The all you can eat breakfast had different options daily, which were excellent. They provided live DJ music over the weekends.

Pros: Great breakfast buffet included, great way to start a morning. Rooms are ultra clean, and wifi is GREAT. Across the street from pier, and waterfront
Cons: longer casino hours, longer pool hours
Location: tons of things for all ages to do close by
