Wife and i stayed because we were in area for a show. Requested late check out as we knew we would be back very late. Housekeeping knocked on our door waking us up an hour before our check out time. Was told by front desk that they dont control housekeeping and not their fault. Breakfast was also not good as we were given expired yogarts and told by front desk that isnt their fault as it is provided by outside vendors. No accountablity by staff is very unprofessional and i DEFINITELY wouldnt stay here again which is unfortunate because the bed was actually comfortable. Also the cleaning staff and hotel staff allowed their kids to make waffles at breakfast 1st instead of PAYING CUSTOMERS whom had to wait to make theirs. Again when told, just got a shoulder shrug by staff and told the manager wouldnt be available till monday afternoon

Beds were great comfortable loved pillows too Not enough waste baskets only 1. TV outdated. Rooms clean and fictional. Overall grounds need ouside lighting and sprucing up. Puplic Restrooms poor. Didn't eat there quality unknown.Pool was nice& gym basic Both were clean & maintained.Staff very accommodating work hard, & helpful. Overall mediocre value for the $$$. Your paying for Location by the shore,close 95 & 9 local area attractions.

The heat was not working in the room, and over half of the dish TV channels did not work. Was told the the selection of channels was different per room based on issues. Would not stay there again.
