While the property we stayed at was very clean and beautiful, as soon as you go out onto the street it’s very unclean. The surrounding properties were very run down and the local shops didn’t seem to be as visitor friendly.

We’ve loved the service, the property and the food in the past and previously recommended it to more than 10 others who’ve also stayed there. Unfortunately, things have changed. Poor quality food with limited choices and an over worked staff have left good memories behind. The property itself is still clean and is fine, but all else, including the super friendly, caring staff have all but disappeared - especially at the front desk where “get lost” seems to be the prevailing attitude. The food at new year’s dinner was very good, unfortunately, the rest of the week, food was quite poor.
