Property is beautiful and most staff ar very profesional and kind. the front desk may need more training. they couldn't get my account right and it was prepaid. Also I was initially placed in a room that was so moldy i smelled it through my mask and my eyes watered. i of course asked to be moved. second room was better but needed a few repairs to the closet handle and shower door. Finally, i asked if the hotel offered visa on arrival. i was told yes and sent a hotel receipt. what was supposed to happen if you truly offer this is the hotel was supposed to submit my receipt to your consulate then the cosulate would approve or not then you forward the approval form to the guest. This mix up cost me ne tickets for a later arrival that day and much stress. sharing so that this does not happen to anyone else. but for this, i love the place
