Loved the zoo! The staff at the zoo were genuinely kind and helpful. The room with the fireplace was amazing. The pool area was beautiful. The heated towel rack was a lovely surprise! The construction was annoying. There was not a microwave or freezer in the room. The jacuzzi jets in the pool area were weak.

We stayed 1/13 to 1/14 and it was horrible. We took into consideration that its being remodeled. Our room was in Bryd wing. The sink and tub were both clogged. The bed was sooo hard our backs were sooo sore in the am. Breakfast was a long wait. Once we were sitting we waited another 15 mins for a waitress to come take order which was the buffet. We have stayed here many times but this time was not good.

Beautiful place to stay! Really disappointed they didnt have a nicer bar and took the TV out so we couldnt watch the NFL playoffs except in our room...I will come back again when they get all their remodeling done.
