I literally waited in the lobby for 1 hour as there was confusion between travelocity and the new manager on site. I never had any problems staying at this hotel when it was under previous mgmt. The manager would not do anything to help me and the area outside my room was pilled high with boxes and junk. I don't know what it all is, from but I took pictures. I have stayed there countless times, but never again with the new mgmt!

Thank you for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, replacing the bedding is not an option. It is the bedding required by Wyndham. We apologize for the lack of sufficient lighting.

There was pants in a drawer. Urine all over the toilet, hair in the tub, the tub was leaking so much I had to close the bathroom door and my a/c heat unit kept making a buzzing noise all night. This hotel is somewhere I would NEVER stay again and it’s not an ideal place to stay either.

It is unfortunate you have drawn such a conclusion. I am wondering how you came to this conclusion after not actually staying here. You tried to check in before checkout time and we did not have any rooms available. I apologize for not being able to fulfil your request. I am sure you can understand how impossible it is to provide anyone something you don't have available. Maybe you will have a better experience the next time you choose to stay with us.

Days Inn was filthy. Staff was rude and very disrespectful. Bed skirt had squished bug, feces or some type of nastiness. Big whole in bathroom where vent should have been. Walls were stained from something brown dripping. Staff said they knew of room condition and still put my family in room. My family went to another nice hotel.

There is no excuse that our staff did not fulfill that promise in your case. It is unfortunate I handled the situation in a way that was not pleasing to you. Please accept my apologies.

Our third staying at this Days Inn while visiting my daughter in Waterloo. Like the location. It's safe. Rooms are always clean. Spend most of the day out doing things but always feel welcome when coming back in at night. Employees are friendly and go out of their way to make our accommodations great. Will likely be back here again next visit!
