I called several times from 8pm-11pm to say I was going to be very late and no one answered the phone (I have call history proof upon request). When I arrived the woman at the front desk was not friendly, acted like I was accosting her for my business my reservation, had me marked as a no-show and took forever checking me in and acted like it was my fault. I will still return when I need to do another cross country drive because I really enjoyed how clean the room was and how quiet for a much needed rest, as well as conveniently off the highway with a gas station and breakfast restaurant next door. My first visit 11/20-11/21 was a fantastic check-in. I was able to call ahead with an ETA and was promptly greeted and checked in by a professional and courteous gentleman. Housekeeping is helpful and friendly and their work really shows because my room was fantastic and they were very accommodating.

Inside hallway plus outside door to access room. Clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Easy on, off I75.

Drove 10 hrs took everything up stairs and couldnt get in to the room we had a dog so they moved us to a pet room but the room smelled so bad that didnt want the room so ended up driving straight through another 10 hrs.

Highly recommended

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, indoor pool
Don't worry about any past bad reviews of this hotel. They have completely remodeled, and the hotel could not be better. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the pool and workout room are top notch.

Far from the airport

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: no elevator
This hotel was a bit far from the airport. If you do not mind the 40 minutes and passing another Comfort Inn on the way, it is a good experience. Night crew was extremely helpful as there was no elevator so they assisted getting suit cases to the second floor. If you are expecting a handicap accessible room, request ground floor.

Great Staff, Cold Pool

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, internet signal was weak
the room was clean and the bathroom was big. the outside of the hotel you could tell was a bit old but the rooms seemed up to date. the pool was very large and was indoors with a built on sun deck. although the pool was rather coooold :( it had a hot tub that was warm. the breakfast was good it had donuts of all different types, oatmeal, cereal and coffee(no fruit). when we had a question not only did the man at the desk tell us but he came to the room to show us, so for that i give the hotel an 11 out of 10 for nice helpfull staff. the hotel seemed safe unlike some (hilltop inn) across the street cough cough :) the room had a mini frig a microwave and a coffee maker. large tv with HBO. marco's pizza is a sponsor of the hotel so i got a good discount just for staying here! i have virgin mobile witch uses sprint and verizon towers and got 0 signal however. the beds were soft but the pillows were flatter than flat. AMERICAN EMPLOYEES

Spent 6 nights here, and would do it again.

Overall, a pleasant place to stay. Wireless hotspot signal was very weak in my room, but strong in the lobby, and spending some time in the lobby each day was enjoyable. Staff very friendly, room was clean and well supplied. Hotel is not new, and has some wear on it, but that just made me feel more at home! Everything needed (Walmart, groceries, churches, etc.) are very convenient, and with a refrigerator and a microwave in the room, makes going out for every meal unnecessary. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and reasonably well stocked. I enjoyed my stay here.
