Your family will enjoy this weekly rental property located an a wooded lot in Ocean Pines. The home offers an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room. Living room couch was a new purchase for the 2021 season. Enjoy the summer breeze on the screen porch while conversating about beach memories or relaxing during an evening meal. Spend time with the family in the upstairs bonus room with a game of foosball, or venture outside for a walk through the community. With community picnic tables, basketball, playgrounds, skatepark, and walking trails, you are sure to stay active. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all located on the first floor level. The home offers Xfinity cable, ROKU, and Smart TV. Bed sizes are a Queen, 2 Twins, Pyramid bunk, and Full futon. 3TV's and a Foosball table. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. A wonderful Home
We felt like there was alot of love at this house. Everyone had a wonderful time and it was private with the screened in porch. And just the right distance from the beach and the nights where quiet and easy to sleep.
