By far one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Dirty and falling apart!! Should be closed.

The room smelled really musty. The bathroom was very moldy. The bugs, while dead, were still on the floor.

Window ac.. Mini fridge barely works.. Towels stained.. Ugh. Thank God we are only staying 1 night.

I understand the damage waiver has a purpose, however when I checked in I was told the reason it is collected is because they are trying to get rid of the "rif raff" from the hotel. I was then told it may take three days to get the refund. I was also told that staff would inspect the room upon my departure for damages because "people lie" and they will say there are only two guests staying then they bring more into the room or even bring pets. I was appalled, however I was running late and had to get ready as I was expected somewhere. Upon our return to the hotel, we noticed several issues. Window in shower was missing a piece of glass, toilet rocked, black mold on the ceiling of bathroom as well as mold on towels. There was writing on the bathroom trim. A gap at the bottom of the front door. Burns and stains on the sheets. To all future guests: Do not book a no-refundable rate. Check room first before staying!

It was a nice place to stay but there was a weird smell in the room, not a moldy smell & not like moth ball's but a weird smell. Other than that it was pretty clean, staff was nice and accommodating.
