When I made the reservation, it said that I would have to pay a $100 resort fee. When I checked in, the front desk person charged me $100 per night, for a total of $300. This severely affected my budget for this trip and I had to ask my mother to send me money. Very embarrassing! I was told the $300 would be refunded after checking out.

The Swissotel was amazing! Beautiful property in a great location. The Palm Restaurant on property is fabulous! We were only scheduled to stay one night and our train was cancelled. The hotel was super accommodating and allowed us to stay in our original room instead of making us switch rooms. The staff was friendly and attentive. The beds are SO comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Customer service is amazing. We had to extend our stay due to our train being cancelled and the hotel was so easy to deal with. They allowed us to stay in our room even though the rate was different. Will absolutely stay here again!
