The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Travelocity overbooked the rooms so I am very disappointed in Travelocity for little regard you have for a reservation. It was a special birthday for my daughter. The people at Omni, however we’re exceptional and I really appreciate them doing so much to try to make up for Travelocity’s huge blunder

There is no self-park option near by. You can only valet park close by. It’s right next to Starbucks and so morning treats were easy.
