Good location and good value
We booked almost last minute and didn't spend that much time in the hotel. The location was good for us--a pleasant walk to the beach though the market, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and on several bus routes. No place to park a car, so no point in renting one. The shower was too small and there's no place to put your soap/shampoo. The soap holder is tilted so everything slides right out. My guy hit his head trying to pick up his shampoo. Put in a hanging caddy!! It's a bit too close to the club scene. Thursday-Saturday night music until 3-4am. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and the cookware and dishes etc. for eating in. The hotel provided beach towels and boogie boards. The employees were pleasant and helpful.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will return. We love the location. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, and we found our room to be clean and imperfect order each time we’ve stayed. The property is an older property and does not have many of them amenities that others do, but this property is in a perfect location and has a perfect price. We would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a nice budget friendly Stay in Waikiki.

I was supposed to stay two weeks but after one night I decided to check out. I offered to pay for the one night I stayed. The front desk said I had to put an additional hold of 250 for smoking and over 500 for damages which would be returned at check out. I was also told that in 72 hours I would have my answer about my refund for the 13 days I didn't stay and the almost 800 additional holds on my credit card. The 500 wasn't returned I am still awaiting for the 250 and the remaining 13 days of my stay. I grew up in Hawaii and this is the worst form of ALOHA I have ever seen! Never again! To top it off a roach run across the bathroom floor! A crooked operation!

Location, location, location! Obviously you pay for what you get and this isn’t a 5 star resort but I think location is the most important thing when your travelling. All you need is a clean place to sleep which this was. It was clean (except for 3 bugs) and the bed was quite comfy. Hot water in the shower, a small kitchenette with everything you need. The bed is in the living room so it is quite small but it was fine for us. There’s a nightclub literally right beside which is super fun and don’t worry you don’t hear any noise coming from it. There’s a huge mall right across the street, and tons of restaurants everywhere. The beach is an 8 mins walk and actually we walked everywhere. Everything is super accessible from this place. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. There is wifi (even tho it doesn’t mention it on the listing) and the laundry is shared. One thing that I didn’t like was there’s no balconies! Aside from that a great place to stay if your looking to save money and to be located around everything.
