Never fails! This was my third weekly visit and always well kept, very clean, fresh air, clean fresh feeling, welcoming Staff. Only problem is laundry room. One washer and dryer for a Hotel? Need upgraded machine’s and at least 3-4 sets

Due to the pandemic staying at a hotel is not the great experience it was in the past. The Hampton Inn Augusta was doing all it could to make the stay enjoyable and safe. They enforce masks and distancing. The rooms are vacant between guests for complete cleaning. Even the remote for the TV was in a plastic bag. (The hairdryer in the bathroom, however, was in a cloth bag and had not been cleaned; it was sticky and has stray hairs on it--note to housekeeping ). Breakfast was a take it yourself bar with Nutrigrain bars, individual pastries, oranges, yogurt, individual milk cartons, juice, coffee, water in bottles. About as safe as you can go in Oct 2020. Good stay and I would stay again.

We were very pleased to return to the Hampton Inn in Augusta - as always the staff were wonderful, everything was very pleasing and very clean.
