Our room smelled bad. Dirty…the sink and mirror and faucet were all filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been swept. The toilet was also pretty dirty. Both lampshades were broken like someone punched holes in them. Overall for the price we paid I expected a room that didn’t turn my feet black walking on the carpet.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was a disaster area doing a full remodel. The room was dirty, the AC/heater covered in dust. No cell service in the room. The towels were like sand paper.

The staff is really nice but the 3rd shift old lady is rude. We had stain blank found a sucker on the wall, foot prints on the wall, stuff on the ground

The property was very run down. There was cracks in the bottom of the bathtub, cracks in the wall, door didn't shut properly. The room needed some major repair work

This was THE worst hotel I have ever checked into in my entire life. I was traveling with my dog, so they have specific rooms for pet stays (I get it). I got to the room and when I opened the door, the smell was bad. The room was run down, unclean, the sink was clogged, the bath tub had chips and cracks, other furniture was broken and chipped. I expected to find bugs in the room and the bed - but I didn't look and I didn't stay that long. I left. The room was a disgrace even for my dog! I didn't even check out. I left the room card in the room, took my dog & found another hotel to stay at. In no way was I looking for the Four Seasons, but this hotel chain should be completely embarrassed by this location.

The guy working the evening shift was extremely pleasant and accomodating. He worked very hard to see that we were taken care of. The hotel is quiet since it's not near a busy road or other businesses. The beds were quite comfortable, and we slept well. The housekeeping staff was very nice. It's a pretty rundown hotel and very much in need of some repairs and renovations. The safety latch in our first room was hanging from the door, there was no deadbolt on the door, and there was a significant gap all around the door when it was closed. We requested a different room. It was better, but the bathroom fan and light stayed on all the time. There was no way to turn them off; the front desk employee knew about it because he told us when he moved us to the new room. Fortunately, they weren't loud or bright enough to keep us awake; they weren't really noticeable. The daytime front desk employee was competent but extremely unpleasant. She showed us where the coffee dispenser was in the lobby, and when we started to get coffee she came out and rudely said, "I knew you would do it wrong!" She also called us as we were leaving our room at 10:50 am on our checkout day to tell us that we needed to be out by 11:00 am. I said we were on our way out but also that when we checked in we had been told that the checkout time was 12:00 pm. She seemed angry at that. There didn't seem to be a rush to clean our room, and when we left the desk employee and two others were standing outside smoking!

Beds were clean and comfortable, carpet was old and felt damp, air conditioner very loud and took forever to cool the room. No hair dryer in room. Would we come back probably not for the price which with tax was 100 it should have been better
