Pros: Closest hotel to CityWalk/Universal studios. Friendly staff upon registering. Cons: Highly overpriced. If you are okay with paying more because it is close then this is the hotel for you. However upon opening our room it smelled moldy. We had to wash everything when we got home as our clothes absorbed that smell. I think this is because you cannot open the windows and rain settles in the window area. There was also a noise (maybe the AC unit) that sounded like someone was dragging a chair on outside balcony (there was not balcony so within the walls?) Biggest con was I let front desk staff know that since we were only staying 3 nights no housekeeping was needed. I know they work hard and wanted to offer a little break to the housekeeping staff, but would like fresh towels after the 2nd night. Also to note, there was no place to hang the towels in the bathroom so we tried to hang them in the closet. No fresh towels were delivered. I called and asked for towels. After 6 hours no towels were delivered so I had to call again. Then that evening there was no hot water for the shower. At that point I was so glad we were going home the next day and just wanted to get back home. Thankfully we had a nice time at Universal and Citywalk but will not be returning to Hilton.Very disappointed.

Not only do you have to pay for the hotel room, you have every kind of tax imaginable added on so the hotel room ends up costing over $100 more a night. For every little service they expect a tip. we had 2 continental breakfasts we paid for 1 other person for their breakfast and they charged us $38.00 after they told us it would be$10.00 which they could not explain to us. Beds were hard, pillows were great. Don't charge for your guests to park there after they are paying to stay there!

Great location, but still a challenging walk
Great experience. We enjoyed the proximity to Universal Studios. Please work on improving the pathway behind the hotel to connect to the universal bridge. Currently walking around the hotel could be more efficient.
