Staff was nice. 1st room missing furniture. 2nd room musty , peeling wall paper, very outdated. Room was warm wouldnt cool off.

Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. Welcome gift was a nice feature. Only real complaint would be the lighting in our room. A floor lamp or table lamp by the desk would have been nice.

The person at the front desk was nice enough, just not equipped or trained for check in. My main complaint is that she repeated my room number out loud numerous times, then loudly told me exactly how to find the room. Several other people waiting to check in heard it all, of course. Not good!!

Rude, unfriendly staff, went without promised breakfast because they refused to replenish. Room was filthy- found food in fridge, stuff left by previous occupants all throughout room-had to clean the bathroom myself before my granddaughter could use it. I have stayed at choice hotels many times and they were fine-saying this one was awful is being nice!

Did not stay at the hotel! Pool closed!

Cons: Truth in advertising!
Did not stay at the hotel! The pool and spa have been closed since before August of 2017. Only made the reservation due to family with kids in town to allow the kids to swim in the indoor pool advertised. The pool has been closed since August 2017 and the spa equipment has been cemented over. I told the person at the front desk that I only got the hotel for the pool and I didn't even need a hotel for those nights. She cancelled the room for both nights, however the hotel "may" still charge for the late cancellation. Very disappointed that the hotel (through travelosity) was still advertising the pool with the first picture being the big indoor pool.

Never Again

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Check in was at 4:00pm, arrived at 4:45pm, we had plans and concert tickets for the Hard Rock, was told we would have to wait for a room because they did not have any ready and the lobby was full of people who had been waiting for rooms for several hours. The reservation was made 3 weeks prior to arrival date. At 6pm I went to the front desk again asking about a room and finally at 6:25 we got a key. Once inside the room we had no towels to shower. The sheets on the bed were as rough as sandpaper. When I called on Monday to speak to the manager she offered bonus points for our trouble. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.
