The hotel and rooms were clean and adequate. The woman checking us in made it a point...at lest three times to tell us that if we had direct booked with them, the check in would be quicker...we'd get free popcorn and coffee/hot chocolate....A member of my group had been to this spot a few times and was always given a whoopi pie on check out. We did not. When he asked the staff member if we could get ours, she told us that they were ONLY for direct booked customers....REALLY? How petty. I came up here for an overnight stay, specifically to use their pool and hot tub. I am sorry to have to report that the pool and hot tub were NOT clean. The water in the hot tub was full of foam and the sides were slippery....The pool had way too much chlorine, burnt your eyes and the sides of the pool were..yes....green at the water level.

We're sorry that you didn't have a good experience. All guests, regardless of who they booked with have access to our complimentary cafe with hot chocolate, coffee, soda and fresh popcorn. A whoopie pie is a perk for our guests who book through us directly! However, they are available for purchase also. As far as the pool, it is cleaned daily and the water is dumped from the hot tub and replaced with new water regularly, and the chemical levels are monitored daily. We are sorry that you didn't have a great experience and we appreciate your feedback.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. We were here in the winter, and I'm sure there's more to do in the summer.
